Silent Service Wines was born in honor of the U.S. Navy’s “Silent Service” Submarine Force.

Our label carries forward a legacy of resilience, precision, and respect for what lies beneath the surface and the men and women who serve. We take experience from real life submarining and aim to capture that spirit in a bottle for the all to enjoy.

Each bottle we produce isn’t just wine. It’s a memory. A mission. A moment etched into time. With every vintage, we capture the spirit of life beneath the surface and give a glimpse into a world that is commonly shrouded in secrecy and classification markers.

Silent Service Wines is a tribute to the lives lived in silence and service beneath the waves, now retold through the language of the land. This is wine made with intention—from our family to yours—with stories waiting to be uncorked.

Meet the Team!

  • Without Nicole, Silent Service Wines wouldn’t exist today. After leaving the biotech industry, Nicole moved across the country to California to pursue her dream of starting a wine company. Today she does everything from managing the vineyard, making the wine to coordinating all sales. She wears just about every hat the company has.

  • Adrian is currently on active duty and serving in the Submarine force stationed out of Groton, CT. When he is not out at sea, he provides the concept ideas from the submarine force that we turn into unforgettable wines!

  • Our assistant winemaker! Always at Nicole’s side, Charlie ensures the highest quality of wine and grapes on the vineyard by personally smelling the grape vines daily. When he is not helping Nicole run the vineyard, he can often be found chasing various critters on the property and taking warm naps in the sun.

Located off of Highway 101, we are based out of San Miguel, CA part of the Paso Robles AVA. We are about 1.5 hours south of Monterey, CA and 4 hours north of LA. If you’re driving through, give us a call to stop by and schedule a tasting!
